This is the perfect representation of a Fino style sherry. It is bottled directly from the barre “en Rama” which literally translates to raw. There is no harsh filtering or finning methods used when bottling. It’s like sipping it from a barrel in Jerez itself.
Fresh Lemon rind on the nose with a subtle salinity. This wine has a full rich palate with a ridiculously long finish.
