Pflüger means “plowman,” an image that reflects this winery’s commitment to sustainable and environmentally-friendly viticulture and wine making. In fact, the ploughman image on the log is actually Alex Pflüger himself, who is a certified biodynamic and organic grower.

Weingut Pflüger's vineyards are located in the village of Bad Durkheim, south west of the Rhine Valley in Pfalz, Germany. Pfalz is responsible for 50% of Germany's wine production, the majority of which is dry white wine. Bad Durkheim has a warm and dry climate with low rainfall - perfect for organic and biodynamic viticulture.
The Pfluger Cuvee Biodynamite is just off-dry, very aromatic and juicy wine. It packs a huge fruity punch of citrus, peach, herbal and mineral notes. Elegant and exotic with long finish.
