The wines are all certified organic and planted on south-east facing slopes on sandy soils 150 – 300m above sea level. The high altitude helps retain a good level of freshness in the wine. The wine has a wonderful dark toasted fruit character with some plum and quince.
Due to the minimal intervention this wine doesn’t receive filtering or fining and can be a little cloudy sometimes. This has no affect on the wines flavour & only adds to its charm.
