The Furleigh Estate wine is made from the three “champagne grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier.
whole bunches of grapes were hand picked and pressed very slowly and gently to obtaine the best juice. the fine string of bubbles are produced using the traditional method. this means the wine has a secondary fermentation in the bottle it’s sold in. With the wine left to mature in contact with its lees for over 18 months.
