A must try wine from the Roussillon in the cooler climate of the Fenouillèdes, high up in the foothills of the Eastern Pyrenees of South West France.

Organic and biodynamic, such freshness using a range of grape varieties from varying aged vines. The nose is ripe with a mint and orange aromas. The body of the wine is full and rich but with a perfect mouth-watering acidity.
