A blend of local grapes were dried for 7 days in the shadow and 2 days in direct sunlight, to produce a concentrated juice with dense aromas and flavours. The wine aged in 225lt oak barrels for αbout 9 months. Ageing Potential: 10+ years Tasting note Clear orange colour. Intense deep bouquet of ripe peach and apricot combined with delicious citrus marmalade and a hint of spices and honey in the nose. Rich mouthfeel with citrus acidity and a long aromatic aftertaste. Excellent bottle-ageing potential that can overpass 10 years
