Made from 100% Dafni, grown on some of the oldest vineyards on the island of Crete. Bone dry with such a unique flavour. Herbaceous nose of lavender and bay. Ripe and fruity wine with a long fresh finish.

Like bonfire night on the nose, a luscious sweet wine made with botrytised (noble rot) grapes. Only getting better over the years in bottle this wine has bonfire toffee on the nose with a toasty pineapple and mango flavour.
