Deep golden & slightly cloudy in the glass. this wine is from Fattoria di Vaira one of the largest biodynamic farms in Italy. With aromas of peach, pear, ripe apples & cooked plumb. Full and herbaceous on the palate. A lovely elderflower cordial leading to a more mineral finish. This wine does have a small amount of tannin due to the shot time the juice spends in contact with its skins but is perfectly balanced with the fresh acidity.
Try this wine slightly chilled as an aperitif or have it with some delicious salty snacks to bring out its more savoury characteristics
